AS 141 — Law, Ethics, and Professional Development for Addiction Counseling (5 cr)
This course is designed to meet the Chemical Dependency Professional educational requirements regarding legal, ethical, and professional development outlined in WAC 246-811-030 (2) (s) through (w). The framework for this course will examine federal and State of Washington rules and regulations. Professional organizations licensing/certification and agency policy and procedures will be explored to demonstrate the laws, ethics, and professional practice within the addictions profession.
